The Madlen Store Dubai offers the products of famous and high quality designers in Turkey for sale in Dubai. How did this story begin?

I'm Mihriban Akgul. I am the founder of The Madlen Store Dubai. I am a young and investing mother. The Madlen Store Dubai, as a concept store, is a formation that only represents Turkish designer brands in Dubai. The Madlen Store Dubai establishment phase was a bit of a challenge. The process took a long time for me because I decided to settle completely in Dubai. My fondness for fashion clothing from a young age was instrumental in making this decision. I did not see many Turkish brands here, and feeling the lack of this, we established The Madlen Store Dubai. We entered the Dubai sector with big brands such as Sagaza, Gigi's and Kidsofheart in Turkey.

What line did The Madlen Store follow in Dubai?

Frankly, we did not expect that it would attract so much attention and demand at first, but we received feedback above our expectations and we are very happy about it. We are very proud to introduce our Turkish designer brands in Dubai. We are currently attending the monthly Dubai Shopping Festival. We also have a few big shopping-centered projects ahead of us. We have now opened our first sales shop. I had my own store in Nişantaşı before, I have a total of 10 years of textile experience.

- The Madlen Store is a very original name. What does it mean for you?

The Madlen Store Dubai, its name means a lot to me. Madlen is the name of my 5-year-old daughter and it makes me proud and happy to have her name on the brand. I believe in the luck of his name. Being a mother and building a brand from scratch at the same time has never been easy. I work 12 hours a day. If a woman wants, she can be a business woman, a mother and a wife. I believe in the power of women, women can achieve anything if they want.

- Do you have any goals planned for the future?

I am a person who follows my dreams, being successful is always in one's own hands, I have worked hard by moving forward with planned and stable correct steps. We have bigger dreams in The Madlen Store Dubai and hopefully we plan to reach our goals in the future. Thank you very much in advance.
